I am a Perth based, experienced Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant. Together with wedding ceremonies, I also specialise in renewal of vows, elopement, commitment and ceremonies for all life celebrations.
I feel privileged to be entrusted by a couple on one of their happiest and most significant of days. I pride myself on providing excellent service for personalised and engaging marriage ceremonies. I truly believe the ceremony is such an important part of a wedding day. I will ensure, in full consultation with you, that your ceremony is meaningful and memorable and truly reflects your values and vision.
On your wedding day, you and your partner are my stars! A wedding day involves seamless teamwork and I pride myself on working closely with your chosen photographer and suppliers on the day.

We were lucky enough to have Kylee as our wedding celebrant and simply cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very first phone call, Kylee guided us through every step making everything simple, easy and fun! Kylee truly ‘loves love’ and was genuinely so excited for us as a couple and for our wedding day! The pure joy and happiness that she beams is contagious and having a celebrant who was warm, smiling and laughing along with us and our family and friends is what helped make our wedding truly one of the best days of our lives! You will absolutely love her!
We couldn’t have asked for a more warm, kind and happy person to be our officiant. Kylee Payne truly believes in love, and that was so infectious! She embraced our fun approach to the ceremony, and was there to be the grown up when it came to the certification. Lovely.
Kylee was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although we got married in Perth we weren’t living there, but Kylee was always available to chat on the phone and meet up with us when we visited Perth. She made it very easy to work with her while still being very professional. Kylee always organised and provided us with lots of useful documents and advice that made our ceremony wording perfect. On our wedding day Kylee was calm and collected which made the ceremony flow well and also incorporated some personal elements which evoked emotion from everyone – sometimes laughing, sometimes crying, sometimes both!
